HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION DOCKS

HOA DOCKS
On a private 300 acre lake, this gated community finally got tired of repairing their old wooden dock and elected to install EZ Dock This dock provides swimming, fishing, and sunning platforms and also serves as a breakwater to smooth out the swimming area off of their sandy beach. The lake side of the dock can accommodate several boats tied off. This also serves as a take-off and drop-off point for the water skiers.
This Condo Owners’ Association needed a place for their residents to park their Personal Watercraft. The 12-Slip PWC Dock shown above was the answer. The dock also has a swim platform and a place for residents to load and unload boat passengers. EZ Dock was easily expanded to increase the personal watercraft lift capacity to 24 total units.
Each homeowner in this development in South Texas gets their own waterfront boat dock in this community marina. Each boat dock has a center walkway along with room to park two boats or personal watercraft. Additional docks will be added as additional lots are purchased.
